Job summary

Chatsworth Commons Senior Living in Chatsworth, CA is hiring Med Techs for day, evening, and NOC shifts. Pass medications per physician orders, record administration, and monitor for side effects in a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• MedTech experience or certification.
• Experience in administering medications.
• Min 1-2 years worked in assisted living or skilled nursing facility.
• BLS/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to physician orders and in accordance with facility policy.
• Record medications administered in the resident’s record.
• Notify pharmacy or family when medications need to be refilled.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and medication room.
• Monitor and report any side effects of medications to the Supervisor.
• Follow facility Residents’ Rights policies and procedures at all times.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to the Supervisor.

  As part of our employee benefits, eligible team members receive a monthly phone stipend:

  • $25/month – Full-Time

  • $12.50/month – Part-Time

  The stipend begins following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
