Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• Must clearly communicate in verbal and written English.
• Professional and pleasant attitude with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with personal care as per physician's orders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions to licensed nurse.
• Monitor resident vital signs and condition during shifts.
