Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join our Spring Hill community in Florida. You will administer or assist with the self-administration of medications, diligently maintain residents' records, and observe their health and emotional well-being, reporting changes promptly to supervisors.

The role requires clear English communication and adherence to state regulations. We offer monthly and quarterly attendance bonuses, a 401k plan, and full-time scheduling

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations
• Meet state health requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication as prescribed.
• Maintain residents' records daily per policy.
• Observe and document health and emotional condition, report changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medicine supply room.
• Complete accurate medication accounting, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
