Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide high-quality resident care and medication administration. You will document, deliver, and administer prescribed medications and assist with daily living activities, following policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ year of healthcare experience, with preference for prior medication handling experience. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State regulations may require specific certification.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or must be obtained.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience in a similar role is essential.
• 1+ years of experience handling medications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily care as assigned.
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain confidential records of resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes, coordinate with pharmacy, and report shortages.
• Document information and communicate changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
