Job summary

Eagle Senior Living in Titusville, FL, is seeking a Medication Technician to join our Assisted Living or Memory Care team. You will provide direct resident care, including medication distribution, and work closely with nurses, caregivers, and the broader care team to promote residents’ physical, personal, and emotional well-being.

The role reports to the Director of Assisted Living or Director of Memory Care and may involve training caregivers, attending care meetings, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Requires clear communication with residents and families
• Knowledge of medical terminology and care planning
• Ability to observe, document, and report changes promptly

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including medication distribution per care plan
• Perform resident assessments per state standards and policy
• Record vital signs and document observations for care team
• Oversee the medication delivery system including MAR documentation and narcotic counts
• Assist with orienting, training, and coaching caregivers
