Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in a home-like setting. The role focuses on administering medications, building relationships, and contributing to overall health. Training opportunities are provided to advance your career.

Part-time shifts available (6am-2pm and 3pm-9pm) with competitive pay and benefits. Previous direct-care experience preferred, and English proficiency is required for safe medication administration.

Formación

• Prior direct-care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements preferred.
• Highly organized skills.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level for safe, efficient performance.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments, observing day-to-day behavior and well-being, ensuring comfort.
• Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
