Country Meadows York, PA is seeking a Medication Technician trainee with direct-care experience to advance your career. You will manage medications for residents in a home-like setting, building relationships and contributing to overall health.

We offer training and competitive pay starting at $18.50–$20.50 per hour, plus shift options 3pm-11pm, 6am-2pm, and 3pm-9pm, plus benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level that ensures safe, efficient performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments, observing day-to-day behavior and well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart and ensure complete, up-to-date supplies.
