Qualifications

• Must have a valid Med Tech license from the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Medication Aide (RMA) designation.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor residents for changes and update care plans accordingly.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
