Job summary

RUI's community in Virginia Beach is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to provide compassionate personal care and medication assistance to residents. You will help with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and engage residents in community programs.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent and is a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA). This is a full-time, non-exempt nursing position offering a supportive team and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, assistance, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' day and care needs to update their Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
