Available Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedule: 4 Days On | 2 Days Off Rotation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Medication Technician, you will help residents maintain their health, dignity, independence, and quality of life by safely administering medications while providing compassionate daily care and support.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations


• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident care in the electronic health record


• Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, and adverse reactions


• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, hospice agencies, home health providers, therapists, residents, and family members regarding resident care


• Perform vital signs, weights, and other delegated health monitoring tasks


• Maintain medication carts, medication rooms, and storage areas in a clean, secure, and organized manner


• Complete medication audits, incident reports, and required documentation accurately and promptly


• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency situations


• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, and emotional support as needed


• Promote resident independence while providing compassionate assistance


• Help create a safe, welcoming, and resident-centered environment every day
