Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide / Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications safely, accurately, and with dignity at our facility in Massachusetts. The role requires certification and emphasizes meticulous documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• Medication Administration certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Senior care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range:

19.65 - 24.65
