Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide / Med Tech to ensure residents receive safe and accurate medications. You will follow physician orders, maintain MAR/TAR records, and observe residents to identify health changes promptly.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, infection control, and compassionate care, with opportunities for benefits and career growth within Sunrise Senior Living.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medication Administration certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Senior care experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred

Pay Range:

19.65 - 24.65
