Job summary

Inspired Living at Alpharetta is seeking Med Techs to support residents with medication management, personal care, and coordinated care within a compassionate team.

You will administer medications per MAR and service plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and communicate changes to the clinical team and families. The role emphasizes safety, respect, and high-quality care for older adults.

Qualifications

• State-required HHA certification or CNA license.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.
• Ability to accurately read physician orders and match them to MARs.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
• At least 6 months supervisory experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and personal care per each resident's service plan and physician orders.
• Safely administer medications and accurately follow the MAR.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team, families, and medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all medication, care, HIPAA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with other Med Techs and care team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with meals, including serving, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
• Support and provide direction to team members during assigned shifts as appropriate.
• Maintain all required state certifications, training, and ongoing education.
• Follow quality improvement standards and help identify opportunities to improve resident care and services.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and teammates.
