Job summary

Atria Senior Living seeks a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents in our Alpharetta community. You will maintain medication records, support doctor visits and daily living activities, and reinforce ethical care while collaborating with a caring team.

Relevant state certifications such as Certified Medication Aide, First Aid or CPR are required where applicable; no extensive prior experience is necessary, and we offer on-the-job training and growth

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
• No additional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
