Job summary

Rose Senior Living at Providence Park in Novi, MI is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/CNA to provide resident care, administer medications per physician orders, and document effectiveness and any side effects under supervision of a licensed nurse.

This full-time, hourly role offers a 2:30pm-11:00pm shift with rotating weekends, competitive wages with annual raises, complimentary meals each shift, PTO from day one, and a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of medication-passing experience in assisted living or senior living communities.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00 based on credentials and experience!

Available shifts: 2:30pm-11:00pm Full-time | rotating weekends

Minimum (1) year of medication-passing experience in an assisted living or senior living community is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

CNA Med Tech Superhero needed!We offer a low acuity (no lifts, no 2 person assists!) and high resident to staff ratio to encourage independence and safety. Perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents. The Medication Assistant administers medications as prescribed by the physician, documents the administration, the medication effectiveness, and any noted adverse reactions or side effects under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
