Job summary

Priority Life Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide (CMT/QMA) to provide compassionate resident care in a long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Medication dispersion certification for the given state required, 1+ years experience.
• Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Makes connections with and ensures the best care and medical assistance to our residents.
• Accurately prepares and administers medications in compliance with all related policies and procedures and regulations.
• Stays familiar with residents' medical records and medication administration records.
• Documents vital signs, medication administration and related incidents.
• Reports any issues to the direct supervisor and participates in care planning.

The impact you'll make:
