Job summary

South Hill Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Medication Tech to assist with medication administration and resident care in a compassionate, organized environment. The role requires CMA certification and experience with older adults, with strong communication skills in English for interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and state certification requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration or supervision per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff to ensure safety and quality care.
• Demonstrate caring, organized, and multitasking abilities in a residential setting.
