Job summary

The Pavilion of East Tampa is seeking a Medication Associate to support resident care by safely administering medications and assisting with daily activities in our assisted living community.

You will follow policy and regulations, maintain medication carts securely, observe changes in residents, and report to Wellness leadership. A high school diploma and state certification are required; prior memory care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current medication administration certification/registration per state guidelines.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or related setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must pass a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as directed and document administration accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to Wellness leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain medication carts, storage, and supplies in a clean and secure manner.

About the Role
