Job summary

Responsibilities

Collects and trends medication event data to identify patterns.
Supports and participates in RCA and FMEA for medication-related events.
Performs surveillance of high-alert medications and SALAD risks.
Maintains smart infusion pump drug libraries and CDS alerts in Epic.
Develops and aligns policies with ISMP, ASHP, USP, and accreditation standards.
Partners with leaders on safety improvement projects and action plans.
Prepares data summaries and dashboards on medication safety metrics.
