Qualifications

PGY-1 pharmacy residency or equivalent (minimally 3 years).
Eligible for and achievement of Board Certification within 2 years of hire.
License-Pharmacist by March 31 (even yr).

Responsibilities

Attend and facilitate monthly committee meetings and distribute minutes.
Engage with stakeholders across the system on medication-use projects.
Support ambulatory formulary requests and monograph development for clinic medications.
Assist with developing future ambulatory service lines and guideline creation.
Coordinate reviews of ambulatory RMG policies and standing orders.
Lead ambulatory care residency program development and student intern programs.
Develop material to start a new residency program.
Lead residency program recruitment as needed.
Collaborate to create ambulatory credentialing and career advancement processes.
Participate in leadership initiatives at department and system level.
Perform other duties to advance ambulatory pharmacy practice.
