Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia North Royalton community is hiring a Part-Time Medication Partner for 7:00pm–11:00pm shifts. You will ensure proper administration of medications, maintain carts and records, and support residents with ADLs in a compassionate, home-like setting.

Candidates must be 18+, state-certified, with a high school diploma, and proficient in English. We offer benefits, a 401(k) match, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines with active certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with residents and teammates.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB test annually.

Position—Medication Partner

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: North Royalton, OH

Medication Partner pay range: $22 - $26.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00pm to 11:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You must be appropriately certified per state guidelines and certification is active and in good standing.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening and annually thereafter.
