Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH 03301 is seeking compassionate Medication Nursing Assistants (MNA) to join our outstanding team and help ensure safe, timely medication administration. You will work with licensed nurses in a supportive care environment to enhance residents' well‑being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Valid Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience or 2 years as a medication aide.
• Strong understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, inhalation, and topical medications under supervision.
• Monitor residents for adverse drug reactions and report concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in monitoring residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Take vital signs, stock medication carts, and handle medication disposal.
• Ensure the safe storage and handling of all medications.
