Qualified candidates hold an active LPN or RN license in Kentucky, with preferred experience in long-term care. The position offers 8-hour shifts, five days per week, and alternating weekends, with day and second shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and per physician orders.
• Perform treatments and procedures within scope of practice.

• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, families, and staff.
