Qualifications

• KY LPN/LVN license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in chemical addiction preferred.
• Accurate data entry and basic computing knowledge required.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment and medical devices.
• Basic knowledge of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone as prescribed.
• Evaluate and assess patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Observe and assess patients post-administration.
• Follow physician orders and dosing projections.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and medication inventory.
• Assist in maintaining medical supply inventories.
• Coordinate and prepare dosing packages and shipments.
• Train new nurses and participate in trainings.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
