Responsibilities

Analyze payer data and claims.
Support pharmacist with patient care plans.
Provide counseling on medication and lifestyle.

Notify pharmacists of missing prescriptions.
Call pharmacies to confirm prescription pick-up.
Remind patients to pick up their medication.
