Job summary

Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth is seeking a Medication Courier to support pharmacy services through timely delivery of medications, supplies, and equipment throughout the medical center.

Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and/or a registered pharmacist, you will handle prompt, accurate distribution and maintain excellent communication with staff. Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to read and write are required.
• Good telephone skills and good oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and distribute medications, supplies, equipment, and/or correspondence throughout Cook Children’s Medical Center.
• Perform tasks under the supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor or a registered pharmacist.
• Support pharmacy services for patients and staff in a timely, accurate manner.
