Currently Hiring for: FULL TIME PM SHIFT Tuesday-Saturday

Full-Time positions:

• Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm to 7am
• Day Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7am to 3pm
• Evening Shift: Saturday-Tuesday 3pm to 11pm

What will you do as a Medication Care Partner (Med Tech)?

• Assist residents with daily medication administration, including self-administration.
• Keep charting documentation current and report resident status changes.
• Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain medication files and medical records.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Prioritize independence and offer emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Positive attitude and love working with people!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience, including medication administration in a community setting (preferred).
• Experience with Memory Care is a plus.
• Current Certified Caregiver license in Arizona.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
