Job summary

Aegis Living Lake Union is hiring a Medication Care Manager, a licensed CNA/HCA with Nursing Delegation. You will dispense medications, maintain records, and support residents’ physical care and daily activities.

Schedule: Full-time PM, Tue-Sat 2pm-10pm. You will collaborate with a caring team to ensure safety and comfort for residents, while building strong relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or HCA with Nursing Delegation required.
• Ability to administer medications and manage records.
• Strong communication and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and administer medications to residents.
• Maintain accurate medication records.
• Assist with meals, activities, and daily living.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
