Job summary

Aegis Living in Moraga, CA is seeking a Medication Care Manager to support residents and their families through attentive medication administration and daily care. You will work Tue-Sat, 2:30pm–10:30pm, providing compassionate, personalized service in a senior living environment.

You’ll dispense medications, maintain records, and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure safety and well-being. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer's care.
• Strong skills in building relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inform others of changes in a resident’s condition.
• Dispense medications to residents.
• Maintain records of medications administered.
• Assist with resident care, meals and activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team.
