Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) Grace House in Northampton, MA seeks a full-time Medication Specialist for the MOP program. This role combines Med Specialist duties with direct care to support mothers in early recovery in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include medication observation, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring proper medication handling. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm; pay starts at $21.50/hr with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years working experience in mental health/SUD.
• One year of working experience with medications or MAP/MOP certification.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and storage of medications.
• Monitor use and safe handling of medications.
• Disposal of medications.
• Transporting medications.
• Assist in re-packaging medications into pill organizers/boxes.
• Weekly requisitions of participants' medication regime/adherence for weekly clinical meetings.
• Coordinate communication with leadership and clinical team about medication issues.
