Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Great Falls, MT seeks a Medication Assistant to support residents with safe, timely medication assistance and to promote dignity and independence.

You will collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families in a person-first environment, administering meds, documenting actions, and using healthcare software in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to carry/transfer up to 25 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in condition promptly
• Assist with ADLs and provide supportive companionship
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
