Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Medication Assistant for Assisted Living in Kirkwood. This full-time role focuses on medication support, documentation, and resident care during evening shifts.

You will help with daily living activities, vital signs, and coordinate with health professionals as needed. A high school diploma and CPR are preferred; previous elder care experience is valued. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Formación

• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities and basic care in AL and Memory Care when needed.
• Transporting residents to activities, departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls and safety concerns promptly.

Conocimientos

CPR Certification

Experience with elderly population

Calm, helpful, respectful demeanor

Educación

High School diploma or equivalent
