Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and assisting residents with medication needs.
• Transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Transporting residents to activities and dining.
• Responding to emergency calls and requests.
