Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Monitor medication errors, pharmacy stock, and supplies.
• Carry out medical orders and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Perform UDS, COVID, and pregnancy testing.
• Sanitize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
• Record health observations/history and take vital signs.
• Maintain confidential medical records.
• Prepare patients for appointments or telehealth visits.
• Support a safe patient care environment per policies and regs.
• Attend trainings and meetings to maintain medical knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Monitor medication errors, pharmacy stock, and medical/office supplies
• Carry out medical orders and maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Perform UDS testing, COVID testing, and pregnancy testing
• Sanitize medical instruments and properly dispose of contaminated supplies
• Conduct health screenings, record medical observations/history, and take vital signs
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Prepare patients for appointments, rounds, or telehealth visits with medical providers
• Support a safe and healthy patient care environment in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations
• Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and supervision meetings to maintain and improve medical knowledge
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
