Responsibilities

• Sanitize instruments and dispose of contaminated materials.
• Record vital signs and medical history, maintain records.
• Prepare patients for appointments and telehealth visits.
• Support a safe patient care environment per policies and regulations.
• Attend trainings and meetings to improve medical knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Monitor medication errors, pharmacy stock, and medical/office supplies
• Carry out medical orders and maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Perform UDS testing, COVID testing, and pregnancy testing
• Sanitize medical instruments and properly dispose of contaminated supplies
• Conduct health screenings, record medical observations/history, and take vital signs
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Prepare patients for appointments, rounds, or telehealth visits with medical providers
• Support a safe and healthy patient care environment in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations
• Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and supervision meetings to maintain and improve medical knowledge
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:
