Job summary

The Springs of Jonesboro is actively seeking a Medication Aide/Tech to join our care team. This full-time position supports clinical staff by administering or assisting with medications and maintaining compliance with state regulations.

You will work 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with benefits including insurance, a 401(k), and opportunities for continued education. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is paid after milestones.

Position: Medication Aide/Tech

Shift: FT 12 hour shifts: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am

Job Duties:

• Administering or assisting with the self‑administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, in accordance with state regulations and upon completion of required training/certification.
• Observing and reporting responses to medication to your supervisor.
• Ensuring that the medication supply room is organized and clean.
• Assisting with medication cart audits and providing accurate counts of all medications.
