Job summary

Jonas Ridge Assisted Living seeks a caring Medication Aide Supervisor to oversee our PCA and CNA team at our 57-bed Arkansas? (Note: location indicated NC; adjust to NC) facility. You will ensure high-quality daily care, provide guidance, and help maintain accurate resident records.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy staff and other supervisors to support smooth operations, participate in quality improvements, and foster a supportive, respectful work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily activities of PCA and CNA staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure knowledge of resident care and facility procedures
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including vital signs and treatment plans
• Assist with medication administration and management, as needed
• Collaborate with the Medication Technician and Supervisor-In-Charge to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members
