Jonas Ridge Assisted Living in Jonas Ridge, NC is seeking a Medication Aide Supervisor to oversee the PCA and CNA team and ensure high-quality resident care. The role involves supervising daily activities, training staff, and coordinating with the medication team to support safe medication administration.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PCA/CNA experience, a valid CNA certification or 80-hour PCA training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• CNA Certification or 80 Hr PCA training certificate (current or expired).
• Ability to lift and transfer residents up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for empathetic care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily activities of PCA and CNA staff with quality care.
• Provide guidance and training on resident care and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, vital signs, and plans.
• Assist with medication administration when needed.
• Collaborate with Medication Technician and Supervisor-In-Charge for operations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and teamwork.
