Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hosting a walk-in hiring event for Medication Aide, RMA, and Med Tech positions. Interviews on the spot with Wednesday sessions from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 237 Fairview St NW, Leesburg, VA 20176.

Compensation ranges from $23.23 to $28.20 per hour, based on experience, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across all shifts. Bring current Virginia certification and be prepared for on-site interviews.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Medication Aide certification/registration (RMA) required.
• Experience caring for older adults preferred.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or required under applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration and medication-related support in accordance with Virginia regulations and your certification
• Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate medication and resident care documentation
• Communicate with nursing leadership and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Promote a positive, safe, and supportive living environment
