Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications according to physicians’ orders and state regulations.
  • Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any changes or concerns.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, and mobility.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care.
  • Contribute to care planning to ensure residents’ needs are met comprehensively.
  • Promote safety, respect, and dignity for all residents at all times.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification – Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program and current QMA certification in Indiana.
  • Experience – Healthcare experience preferred but not required—we welcome those eager to learn!
  • Skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Character – A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Teamwork – Ability to collaborate effectively with residents and staff.
