Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Medication Aide in the United States to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by physicians, under supervision of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Director of Nursing Services.

You will follow established nursing standards and facility policies, accurately document medication administration, and report any errors or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Medication Aide with state approval.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Ability to write reports and procedures; able to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer, document medications as prescribed.
• Report medication errors promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures.
