Job summary

Senior Resource Group-SRG seeks Med Aides to assist with resident medication delivery and daily living activities in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will document in eMAR, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to healthcare staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining medication room organization, conducting audits, and documenting vital signs as needed. This role requires First Aid/CPR and state certifications, with ongoing training and collaboration across care

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training.
• Minimum of six months' experience in a related position.
• Compliance with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management.
• Document medications given or not given in eMAR.
• Observe, report, and document resident condition changes.
• Maintain clean and organized medication room and carts.
• Participate in weekly medication audits and narcotic counts.
• Assist residents with ADLs per personalized service plans.
