Kingswood Reserve is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to safely administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and support the nursing team with care. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and compassion for residents.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program; 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe and report changes, measure vital signs, assist with basic care.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships, encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control, maintain organized records and supplies, respond to emergencies.
