CountryHouse Grand Island, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking an On-Call Medication Aide / Med Tech. Join an EPIC culture focused on excellence, compassion, and team spirit, while delivering safe, resident-centered care in a supportive community.

As an On-Call Med Tech, you will administer medications, maintain records, monitor residents, and assist with daily living, balancing compassion with attention to detail. Some weekend/holiday shifts required; two shifts per month minimum.

Qualifications

• Nebraska certification, training, and registry requirements for Medication Aides.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
• Accurate medication procedures and documentation.
• Basic computer skills for electronic systems.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum availability of two shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and residents' care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes or side effects and report promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while preserving dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
