Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln III is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide in Lincoln, NE. This full-time role requires a 40-hour Nebraska Medication Aide certification and involves administering medications, recording administration, and monitoring residents’ well-being with a focus on dignity and independence.

You will support daily living, build relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a positive EPIC culture within an Agemark Senior Living community.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour Medication Aide certification required in Nebraska.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
• Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Available to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities
