Responsibilities

• Medication Management: Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents\' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Personalized Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.
• Building Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, contributing to their happiness, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and homelike atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications
