Pay

Pay Range: $19.28 - $26.52+ hourly. Starting at $22.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up medication for residents, and provide medication under the direction and monitoring of a licensed nurse, and according to physician orders. May order/reorder medications.
• Record and document all medication, treatment and care provided for residents.
• Take and record vital signs of residents.
• Prepare monthly summaries, may take off physician orders and prepares chart for new residents.
• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some directly related work experience preferred.
• Have and maintain medication aide licensure per state requirements.
