Highlights of the Medication Aide Position:

• Medication Management: Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Personalized Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.
