Distinctive Living in Belvidere, NJ, is seeking a Medication Aide (Full-Time 3-11) for the Mira Vie at Brookfield community. The role involves medication management, personal care, and collaboration with medical teams to support resident needs.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a CNA or HHA certification, and at least one year of caregiving experience, with supervisory exposure preferred. Sign-on bonus is offered and benefits include health, PTO, 401(k), and EAP.

Competenze

• HHA certification or CNA license required.
• Must read physician orders and match to MARs.
• Supervisory experience in health-related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Follow the service plan for each resident and administer medications per physician orders.
• Document completion of tasks daily and report changes in condition per policies.
• Communicate with medical professionals and families as needed.
• Assist with meals, serving, and dining room cleanliness.
• Supervise staff during shifts and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in training.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support a safe work environment and report safety issues.
