Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln I, part of Agemark Senior Living, seeks a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications, document accurately, and monitor resident well-being in a full-time day shift.

The role supports daily living while protecting dignity, building connections with residents and families, and contributing to a positive, EPIC culture. Prior Nebraska 40-hour certification is required.

Qualifications

Active Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
Clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
Follow medication procedures accurately and maintain documentation.
Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
Genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
Availability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.

Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
